- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience with our company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to better serve our clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably as an account manager or similar position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations and targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Bonus points for previous experience meeting with US corporate leadership.
