- General Administrative Tasks: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling appointments, and data entry.

- Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and potential clients via email and other channels.

- Document Management: Organize and maintain digital documents, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team.

- Research: Conduct online research as needed to gather information relevant to our insurance offerings and client inquiries.

- Calendar Management: Help manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Urgent Need/Project:

- Google Workspace Migration: The client needs help with migrating their Gmail calendar over to a Google Workspace calendar. They also need help with clearing out their inbox and filtering out the spam. They want to do all this without using AI to preserve their privacy. In a nutshell, the client needs help getting their Google Workspace account on track. You will need to know Google Workspace in and out to help them make the best use of it.

- PDF Design: The client also needs help with designing and creating PDF documents for a survey that they have an older version of.


- Fluent in English: Proficient in both written and spoken English.

- General Computer Skills: Competent in using common office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.

- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Availability: Must be available during PST hours.
