Web Content and Design Support

We are looking for someone to help us keep our Webflow website up to date with the blog content we produce. Some responsibilities include:

• Formatting blog content from Google Docs files into Webflow
• Identifying the correct heading structure and formatting accordingly
• Setting appropriate metadata for blog posts (URL slug, meta description, meta title)
• Maintaining our content standards

Additionally, we are looking for someone who can also create new graphic assets for our blog, as well as other potential purposes. We have an existing design system that you will use to ensure all our blog graphic assets are consistent with the design of our website as a whole.

• Experience in formatting blog posts, heading structure, and metadata
• Experience with manage website content in Webflow. Alternatively, experienced with other CMS like WordPress, Squarespace, etc
• Proficient in the use of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent
• Familiar with the use of an established design system
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Available from 12nn to 5pm EST and able to respond to requests quickly
• Strong communication skills
