Key Responsibilities:

Project Onboarding: Work closely with sales to onboard new projects once they are closed, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project management.

Project Kickoff: Initiate and lead project kickoff meetings with clients and internal teams to establish clear project goals, requirements, and resource allocation.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Timeline Management: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are met on schedule, and proactively identify and address potential delays.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure that project goals and requirements are met, and the final deliverables meet quality standards.

Process Improvement: Continuously iterate and improve existing project management processes to enhance client satisfaction and overall team efficiency.

Requirements

Role Overview:

As a Web Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of web projects from inception to delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new projects to the developers, coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing project timelines, and maintaining strong client relationships. Most calls with clients will be from 10 pm to 4 am, however, you have full flexibility with your hours outside of attending meetings with clients or the internal team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in web project management or a related role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc
